DGTL Redesign beta · Last updated 30 September 2026
The short version: we visit the public homepage you give us, design you a new one,
and keep your email only to send you your link and occasional DGTL updates. We don't sell data,
and you can ask us to delete anything by emailing [email protected].
Privacy
What we collect
- The website address you submit, and the publicly visible content of that homepage — its text, styling, and screenshots — which we store so we can show you the before/after comparison.
- The redesigned page we generate for you.
- Your email address, if you choose to give it to unlock a download or join the waiting list.
- Your IP address, kept temporarily for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To provide the service: analysing the site, generating the design, and giving you your files.
- Site content is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your design.
- Your email is used to keep your download link available to you, and — if you don't opt out — occasional emails about DGTL services. Every email includes an unsubscribe option.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
- We don't crawl beyond the single page you submit.
Retention & your rights
Analysed site data and generated pages are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted. Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. To access, correct, or delete your data, email [email protected].
Terms of use (beta)
- You may only submit a website that you own or are authorised to act for.
- The service is free while in beta and provided "as is", without warranty. Generated pages are concepts — review them before publishing anything.
- The generated page is yours to use for the site it was created for. Your original content remains yours; we claim no ownership of it.
- We may rate-limit, refuse, or withdraw the service at any time during the beta.
- Our liability in connection with this free service is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
